For MD's spring/summer 2014 in residence 'practice' aka design lab, The Design Doctor asked his patients/clients which they preferred, a saturation of saturated, juicy lemon, lime, raspberry and watermelon colors or a cooler blue palette all around. While the watermelon with multi colored beach Alhambra ogee printed beach towel throw  was fun at first, the cooler, quieter pale grey daybed paired with the teal Naugahyde sofa  was preferred by a slim majority of MD patients/clients. Which do you like best?

For 2013 Ms. Miller named her annual, much anticipated, holiday party for her boyfriend of three years, Russ. The Russ-tic  brunch party was decorated not with silver and gold (well, just a touch), or Cassini crystals, this year we utilized more utilitaruain materials, think burlap, lumber, galvanized steel, fire wood, and even the ladder we used to install!

Please view the Russ-tic Holiday photo album on our Entertaining Interiors page.

  1. Added 8.14.13  Belgam's Have A Ball Room. A once plain Jane of a room gets all dressed up in new party outfit just in time for guests. See complete photo gallery on our Entertaining Interiors page.

Added 1.3.2013 Ms. Miller's spare catch all room becomes a Coco Chanel inspired

eye catching, decadently deco, wardrobe room for lady M and her bestest girl friends!

On even days of the week we call it Chlo Chlo's Closet for the real high priestess of the home, her kitty Chloe. On odd days (aren't they all?) we dub it The Hotsy Totsy Boutique after KLM's saucy, childhood nickname and attitude. See full foto gallery on our Entertaining Interiors page!
